We are able to ship to customers all over the world. The cost will be calculated at the checkout stage.

Returns

We work really hard to provide you with a great product and service and hope that you love your purchase from Loch Ness Leather. If your product needs exchanging or returning for any reason please contact us at hello@lochnessleather.co.uk and we will help you arrange this.


Items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will happily arrange product exchanges at the cost price of resending the item(s) and can help you with additional advice on sizing or style when you contact us.


As our products are handmade, and many unique we may not always be able to exchange like-for-like, however we can assist you to find a great alternative. We reserve the right to withhold exchange or refund if the item is visibly worn, or is in any condition that we deem renders the item un-saleable.
