Super Seconds Festival is this Saturday and Sunday! 1st and 2nd October
This bi-annual event is a fantastic way for Makers and Creatives to come together and offer some brilliant discounts to their customers.
Each Maker taking part is offering stock at a reduced price for different reasons.
Some are selling off 'Seconds', stock that has imperfections that mean they are not happy selling them at full price. Often these imperfections are so small that it's only the person that made the item that can actually see them!
Others might be clearing last years stock off the shelves, ready to make way for new projects.
And others use this opportunity to try out new ideas and experiments for future projects.
All in all, it's a wonderful event to take part in, as a buyer, and as a Maker, I love a bargain myself, and genuinely love this opportunity to offer some lovely pieces to my customers, old and new, at a great price. :o)
